Terms of Service

Effective date: 25 July 2026

Voiceify subscriptions include access to the Mac app and to hosted transcription and polishing. No API keys of your own are required — the AI usage is part of your subscription.

Monthly usage allowance

Each subscription includes 20,000 processed words per calendar month. When the allowance is used up, dictation pauses until the allowance resets at the start of the next month in UTC; nothing is charged automatically for overage. Additional bonus words may be granted at Voiceify's discretion — contact support@voiceify.dev if you need a higher limit.

Trial and cancellation

New subscriptions start with a 7-day free trial. A payment method is collected at checkout but is not charged until the trial ends. You may cancel any time through the billing portal and will keep access until the end of the current billing period.

Requirements

Voiceify requires a Mac with Apple silicon running macOS 14 or later, plus an internet connection. Dictation is not available offline.
